Welcome to the Chervon Australia Learning and Rewards Platform (“Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our training platform, where eligible users can complete learning modules, earn points, and redeem those points for rewards.

1. Eligibility
   • This program is exclusively available to employees of authorised dealers that sell Chervon Australia brands: EGO, SKIL, and FLEX.
   • To qualify for participation, users must be currently employed by an eligible Chervon Australia dealer.
   • We will verify employment status with the Dealer Principal before processing any reward redemptions.
   • Chervon Australia reserves the right to deny access or remove users from the program if eligibility cannot be verified or is no longer valid.
     
     
2. User Registration
   • Users may self-register on the Platform using accurate and up-to-date information.
   • By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
     
     
3. Training and Points
   • Users can access training modules and quizzes hosted on the Platform.
   • Points are awarded upon successful completion of quizzes as detailed within each module.
   • Points:
     • Are non-transferable.
     • Have no monetary or cash value.
     • May only be used within this Platform to redeem available rewards.
     
     
     
4. Rewards and Redemption
   • Points can be redeemed for items displayed in the Rewards section of the Platform.
   • All rewards are:
     • Subject to availability.
     • Non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
   • Redemption Process:
     • Before an order is fulfilled, your employment status will be confirmed with the relevant Dealer Principal.
     • If employment cannot be confirmed, the redemption request will be cancelled and points refunded.
   • If a selected item is unavailable or cannot be delivered for any reason, Chervon Australia may cancel the order and refund the points used to your account.
     
     
5. Changes to the Program
   • Chervon Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the program—including training content, points, or reward items—at any time without notice.
     
     
6. Account Responsibilities
   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
   • Users must not share their account or attempt to redeem points on behalf of someone else.
     
     
7. Termination of Access
   • Chervon Australia may suspend or terminate user access to the Platform at any time for misuse, ineligibility, or breach of these Terms.
   • Any unused points at the time of termination may be forfeited.
     
     
8. Compliance and Governing Law
   • This program is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines, and all relevant Australian regulations.
   • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
